I finally found the filter I wanted. My other filter was good but quite loud and I had to change water every 2weeks. But this filter made my life easier. It keeps the tank clean for much longer than I thought. I change water and put new filter and it's third week and water is still clean.It was easy to install, good value for money.

So ,I have just started my fish tank and I really needed a filter not only to filter the dirt from the water but if possible to help with the good bacteria the new fish tank may need .From the description ,this filter seems the best for my needs ,however I did not expect to be as complicated :/Firstly, this does not work on its own as other filters .it needs a pump.Now I did not had one so had to buy one so I could use it.For some reason ,sometime it works normally .other times it wont.The water wont be drained and flown back at all or it will be but some air will come too.I did try to understand whether this is pump fault ,tried to change the position but there were no changes.Also I did not see the filter to collect as much dirt and my water looks discoloured so I finally gave up and decided to go with an easier filter from the local store.It may work for others ,however not for me .Price is okay.

Great filter! Works so much better than my old one. Really quiet and filters the water amazingly. Fishes got used to it quickly too! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Pump that claims to only be 1w and power saving , this come at a price of poor performance!!I'd go as far to say this counldt filter a cup of tea never mind a tank or in somebody's review pond lol 😆 , a pond yeah ok !!!Seems to be strong plastic and well made, but let down by its main job !. The power lead is a short 5v usb and poor quality.The best advice I can give is, for how much this costs buy a branded pump, I've returned mine for a refund !Please don't believe these reviews here , infact just check there videos your see how bad this pump is ! And how poor water runs through it !Avoid this , thank me later

Bought this to replace one I already had, I soaked it overnight in tank water to gather some bacteria did a half water change and put it in the tank. After 2 weeks the water was really cloudy and a brown film appeared on the inside of the tank, took it out after I bought a branded one and all is well again.

Good strong pump. More aesthetically pleasing than most others .
