Q: I have just purchased a bottle of the ketchup, when arrived I found it with no seal is this normal??

There should be a seal. It's moulded into the flap of the lid, and you break it when you open the bottle for the first time.

Q: What have the use by dates been like for those who have purchased this?

I bought this on 9th December 2021. The expiry date was 30th April 2022. This is shorter than I expected but was OK for me as I only ordered one bottle.
