Slimmest and laptop touch response....more over good quality hinge

Nice product in this range must buy only little problem of battery backup also this problem after that nice .

Flimsy build, poor battery
Immediately after the1 year warranty period, the display screen disintegrated. The screen hinges are of plastic material and a hinge cameout and got jammed between the screen and the keyboard. U open the screen and bang the screen cracks because of the jammed plastic piece of hinge. How can a plastic piece come out on its own? I did not drop the laptop. Piece of plastic being used in a place which can wedge itself and destroy laptop screen? I am totally disappointed at such flimsy laptop build from Dell. This will set me back by 20K+ . The battery is very average and drains out quickly. My experience of reaching out to Dell Support was also sub par. They kept changing the ticket classification to software error despite sharing the pictures. Overall, a bad experience with a Dell product.

Very Good touchscreen laptop from dell
I liked the slim design of the product, fast processing, good and responsive touch screen, i hate the memory ssd, because its too small

Worst product by Dell😡😡😡
I have bought this laptop in October 2021. It worked well for 3 months but in March 2022 it's hinges start getting damaged itself. When I complaint to customer care, they give me date in month of June 2022 which is too late from date of request raised. I packed my laptop and I didn't use it for one month thinking it'll be repaired. Now after one month on 22 April 2022 when I open my laptop it's hinges are broken. Very bad service from DELL SUPPORT. I advice you not to buy this product, if you buy they will take too much time in repairing, also they will ask you for replacement with old product.

I ordered dell inspiron 14 2-in-1 laptop and received sony's very old model..i don't even have words to describe what i am feeling right now..very very disappointed. Though i have initiated return of the 'product' i will update this review after 3 days.
