Used for replacement batteries for my Braun electric shaver....
Used for replacement batteries for my Braun electric shaver....I watched a video on Y**tube where they used a different but similar model of my beard trimmer, construction was the same, to remove and replace the batteries. Braun's a great company but the batteries used in my beard trimmer were definitely under powered at 300mah, even from the start I knew they weren't going to last. Before replacing them out for the 1000mah batts, I was getting maybe 10 minutes of trimming and having to charge again. After the new 1000mah batteries install, I charged up the new 1000mah batts for 8 hours, tested the trimmer, motor and trimming lasted up 6 times usage then I charged up the unit again. So far very happy with the battery performance, the cool thing is I only used 2 batteries and still have 2 batteries I didn't use from the 4 pack. I doubt they'll crap out but if they do I have backups. As for anyone looking to DIY something like this. Difficulty I'd say would be a 6 out of 10 if you soldered before. If not, it's a nice skill to have and with a project like this, I saved myself buying another trimmer, say a $40+ savings, will just say $30+ minus the batts. I won't go into a how to but if interested in soldering, get a good soldering iron, I have a Weller Iron gun like version with a light in a case kit with accessories. Buy some soldering Flux, a must have - it'll make your soldering life so much easier, fun and successful. Research and buy solder. A soldering kit, flux, solder and some "how to" Y**tube videos, you'll be saving money, having fun and have a great sense of accomplishment all at the same time. Just my 2 cents. Marc

Won't purchase again
These are not like a regular battery. You have to gold a thin metal piece down over the battery. If you fold it too much or not enough it won't fit right

replacement battery shaver
I had a shaver die because the batteries ran out and replaced the batteries with these. They seem to be keeping a charge for the same amount of time as the old ones. hopefully they last just as long.

Replaced the rechargeable batteries in Remington shaver. The shaver wasn't keeping it's charge. If you are able to do a little soldering, this will save you $$$.
