Best supplement! It really does help avoid getting sick and if you do makes your cold shorter!

Don't taste good, but appears to be working

I try all sorts of immunity supplements. I did read the reviews about the taste and decided to try them anyway. These won't be a repeat purchase just because of the strong garlic taste and smell. Maybe it was just the batch I got, but I'll put them on hold for now.

I am impressed! Since starting this 3 months ago, I have travelled in multiple airplanes internationally, took a 10 day cruise, and have had 3 family members in my house sick at different times (including flu) and I have not gotten sick once!

Must have. I work in a school and since taking these I have yet to get sick from all the ickies the kiddos bring in! I will keep getting these! They are normal sized and easy to swallow. There is a bit of a garlic taste but I don't mind it. No problems with the tummy while taking these as well.
