Not even 1 star, worthless
I was attracted to the colour of this pencil which is beautiful indeed. However, this is the worst quality ever !! It does not last, but rather smudges very quickly. When I applied it around my eyes, within a short time I looked as If I had bruises, especially under the eyes. I was horrified ! I shad to stop using it. Never again.
