It is definitely toxic free but not 100% non stick like Teflon or other products. I was looking for more healthy toxic free option which I think this does the job.

Can I bake bread in it on 220C?

I would think so but I’ve not done it myself

Do you have to season this pot before use?

I didn’t season it before using. It’s great to use and easy to clean.
