A Very Nice Keto Friendly Snack
These Ratio Keto Friendly Lemon Almond Crunchy Bars are perfect to have with a cup of tea. At first the lemon flavor seemed a little unusual, but it wasn't long before it blended in nicely with the cinnamon and nut flavors. The bars are very dense and not easy to bite into.I break a bar into 3 sections and dip them in my hot tea. It is a relaxing afternoon or evening snack.

My Solution To Medication With Breakfast
These are a little pricey, but let's look at what you are getting:- a higher calorie amt per typical bars that serve keto diets- energy coming from a lot of seeds/nuts etc (I can see seeds in the actual bar)- a bar that isn't just a mulch formed into a shape- something that your body will take some time to digest instead of burning through it (useful for medications like mine that will cause nausea)- TONS OF ENERGY- good taste=The Meh (for some)=Others have mentioned their issues with the texture. For those looking for a /chewy/ granola type, that is not what this is. Try Munk instead to get that. It's soft, but doesn't offer as many calories or protein as this workhorse. Now, the bar is hard, which makes it nice and crunchy. I usually just place it between my teeth and leverage it down as I take a bite to just crack it off. It is /not/ so hard to damage teeth or cause any concern. You just need to know how to make it easier on yourself.People have complained about it being crumbly. Well, think of it like if you break apart a breakfast cereal cluster, it will crumble/break apart. I find this makes it easier to break pieces off as I bite and isn't chalky or dusty...just you might get more debris from breaking a piece of this off vs something else. Bite off a real piece as advised earlier, then chew that to avoid this.=WHY IS THIS A MIRACLE=I take adderall and struggle to have the desire to make things in the morning. I also have a real need to take my meds as soon as possible in the morning. I used to eat a bowl of cereal, but since switching to keto, I've had real issues with this (or not having the /right/ foods that will combat the nausea and its results). With this bar, I've got /plenty/ of energy, something I struggle with a lot. I know I'm getting a good start to my day because I can feel it, medications aside. Even if you aren't a breakfast person, this can really make it easy to replace a meal when you are knees deep in work, etc and isn't a scrawny bar.

Very crunchy, but not sweet and smell like Pledge
I'm trying to cut as much added sugar out of my diet as possible, and previously tried the :ratio: keto friendly vanilla yogurt and loved it, so I thought I'd give these a try. I love lemon, almonds, pumpkin seeds, so why not.The bar is VERY crunchy, even moreso than Nature Valley peanut butter granola bars. That's a positive in my opinion; sometimes you want something crunchy that isn't salty. That's about the only positive going for these, though. They are not sweet... Like AT ALL! I was expecting something between mildly sweet to slightly over sweet like most sugar free stuff, but these had almost no sweetness at all. I can appreciate commodores wanting to create zero sugar items that aren't cloying and overpowering with the sweetness, but this goes in the opposite direction. I imagine that if it was truly not sweetened, it would taste worse, but as it is, it's rather like very crunchy cardboard. The lemon smell is off-putting. It smells like lemon Pledge dusting spray! It doesn't have a chemical taste, but it smells like it should.I have eaten one bar, and will finish the box (because at almost $6, they are VERY pricy, which makes the whole purchase that much more disappointing) but I will not be trying any more of these bars. Stick to the Yogurt, :ratio:

Keto Lemon bars
Like the Keto component, but not a fan of the flavor.

Hard as Rocks/Sharp Edges
I don't think I've ever had a food item that literally cut up my mouth. These were so hard that even chewed, the edges were sharp. Too bad, as the taste was good, but I'd be better off spritzing lemon on some gravel.

D-LICIOSO
These are a must have in my house now. Most protein bars are "chocolate-y" And seeing as though I need protein bars on a daily basis, I get tired of the ones that are designed to taste like a candy bar of some sort. This is a very refreshing bar to eat and still be able to get in a nice amount of protein with each serving. It gives me the crunch I crave and the protein I need.

Big Disappointment
I had high hopes for these protein bars based on the Ratio Yogurt. Love the yogurt. I can't say the same for the bars. For me they lacked any decipherable taste. No vanilla taste. They are packed with fiber and that's good. All in all, I would not recommend these bars. Big fat no from me.
