I suffer from sciatica, so getting comfortable at night can sometimes be difficult. Since using this pillow, I’ve found that I fall asleep much more quickly because I’m able to get comfortable almost straight away. The extra support has made a huge difference to the quality of my sleep. The pillow is incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing plenty of support. It moulds nicely around the body, helping to take pressure off my back, hips and legs. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. One hundred per cent. The only slight downside is the price. I paid around £50, which I think is a little expensive. However, because it works so well, I still think it’s well worth the money.
