I was cautious about using a lightening product since I’ve usually stuck to lemon juice and sun, but this has worked wonderfully to get subtle pseudo-baby highlights. I have a medium toned ginger hair that’s been feeling dull after getting an in person office job, and this has really helped brighten up my hair. I noticed a difference after the first use but it’s very subtle in the perfect way. One thing is I don’t know how different it is from people that use hydrogen peroxide and water at home to lighten their hair. I accidentally got some in a cut on my finger and it felt and looked just like a low percentage hydrogen peroxide. It smells nice and is marginally drying as lightening efforts typically go, so I plan to go in with a deep conditioner gloss once at my desired lightness.

Love it! I have light brown hair and this helps hide my gray hairs. I just spray it on once a week on towel dry hair, comb it in and blow dry. Easy to use and I get the results I need.

For the record I rarely write reviews. This product was terrible! My hair is now orange and it smells like horse pee. Buyer beware! Now I have to go and get my carrot orange hair fixed by a professional.

I just bought this hair lightener for dark hair and have only used it twice, so this is just my first impression. Overall, I'm really liking the experience and I'm hopeful about the results. Right off the bat, the product itself is beautiful. The aesthetic of the bottle and the box is very nice and feels high-quality. When I used it, I was so pleased with the scent—it's a lovely beachy smell, like coconut and warm vanilla, not chemical-ly at all. It also feels very light in my hair and doesn't leave it feeling greasy. My only small critique so far is that the cap on my bottle seems a bit loose, so I have to be careful with it. I know a product like this takes time to show results, but based on the pleasant application and high-quality feel, I'm optimistic. I'm excited to see what happens with continued use in the Florida sun!

To provide some context I’m a male, early 30s, dark brown hair naturally. I basically used this periodically throughout summer and I love the results. I’d say first month it was a little red but by month 2 it became a lovely brunette which is what I wanted. Professionally dying my hair would be a waste because it’s short and I cut it often. This is what I’ll keep using when I want a summer-y light look.

This has honestly given me a better color than spending over $200 at a salon. Although using a blow dryer works I see better results out in the sun.

I never write reviews, but had such great results with this product that I thought it was worth sharing with others who are on the fence about purchasing. Backstory: I had highlights that were turning a bit too yellow and went to my salon to have the color toned. Unfortunately, I was left with a color that was much darker than I anticipated and I felt like my balayage was gone. I panicked because it was such a process to get to my desired color, and then it was gone! In comes Suntouched. I didn’t want to go back into the salon, so I purchased this product in the hopes that I could get my golden highlights back. I’ve used this product perhaps 4-5 times with a blow dryer and it got better each time. The results aren’t immediately drastic, but after the first use I noticed my hair getting back to the ideal hair color. After multiples uses I can now say Suntouched has brought me back! Maybe even better? The color isn’t orange or scary. I certainly worried an at home product could do something like that. It’s a subtle lightening process where you can use as little or as much as you want to achieve your desired result. I’m so glad I found this!
