Purple Desitin is all you need! We've tried others and nothing compares. Our kids have fair skin and the pediatrician said rashes are usually worse on them. Boy she wasn't kidding. They don't get terrible ones but they get long lasting ones and easily too. This Desitin keeps them comfy and from getting worse. Other brands have been a waste of time and money. We always have some on hand at home and in the diaper bag. Wouldn't be caught without it!

We have used this product for overnight diapers since my son was about 3 months old. He has very sensitive skin and has been a great sleeper, however he pees a lot overnight and he would wake up with very heavy soggy diapers and irritated skin. Mom of twins and a pharmacist here. Desitin maximum strength is highly recommended as a skin barrier. While it is great at treating diaper rash, it is also excellent at preventing diaper rash. Desitin paste provides a protective barrier between the skin and the diaper to help preserve skin integrity and prevent skin breakdown. This product has been used for years and for good reason.

Does what it's supposed to do! Be careful of it staining clothes. Doesn't come off well with water & soap, but does still come off. Best to use wipes, comes right off! It's that protective!
