Nissan (Pearl White, QAB Touch Up Paint + Clear Coat Pen OEM New

Other than it being a little difficult to use (the metal cylinder at the bottom, MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT SIDE UP BEFORE YOU UNSCREW IT!), the paint matches PERFECTLY. This product indeed is PEARL WHITE. The customers that bought this and said it was just "plain white" probably didn't know that the metal cylinder with the CLEAR COAT, is the portion of the product that contains the PEARL WHITE!.....it's unfortunate when a company gets bad reviews because customers don't know how to use the product, at the same time the company should defend themselves and make everything I just stated in this review known.

Not a perfect match in color but was pretty close.

This is not Pearl white and no refund is available after purchase. Complete rip off. Seller should not be allowed to sell this item to customers. Looks like chalky office white-out. Brush end of applicator pen is too large and the precise paint tip end dispenses too much paint no matter how gently you depress the tip. The (clear) top coat applicator end of the pen was difficult to open as well. The clear topcoat is contained in the silver aluminum end of the applicator pen. It had the glittery flecks that were supposed to give the shimmery pearl effect, it just did not work out. It should probably be mixed together instead of having separate applications. No matter how thin your scratch is, it would be advisable to us any kind tape to try and isolate the scratch (top and bottom) since it does not really match the original paint.. I used regular clear office tape.

This may be an issue with the original paint. But I checked and double checked for paint code and this was the correct one. Unfortunately, color did not match. I checked with the local Nissan dealership and they recommended the same product. This may be that the original paint is no longer offered. I would say it is 70 percent matching.

Easy to use. Color is close enough for me. My husband doesn't think it's a good match. It covers the scratches so the area shouldn't rust. Unless you are next to the vehicle you can't tell the scratches are there.

I am one of the unfortunates that purchased a brand new Nissan Sentra back in 2015. I’ve had many major problems with it so it came as no shock when the paint (pearl white) started peeling off the roof of my car in sheets a few months back. Although this is meant for small touchups I gave it a whirl and it worked nicely. Since I’m no professional car painter it doesn’t look that great if you look at it up close but from even a small distance away you can’t tell there used to be a large spot above the windshield missing missing some paint, and hopefully I have stopped it from peeling any further.

it’s not going to be a perfect 1:1 which gives it’s 4 stars. but unless your up against the paint, you really can’t tell. worth a purchase
