Clean it regularly.

The media could not be loaded.  We just love this pump. The pump work great but the best part is the solar panel. The long cord allows for us to run the panel to a sunny spot while keeping the fountain in the shade. I highly recommend this product. It is well built and works right out of the box. Many attachments included to choose the spray type of your choice. Get it, it will make you and your birds very happy.

I really like this little fountain. Works perfectly when the sun hits the solar panel. The long wire allows versatile placement of the panel as the sun moves. The discs to change the fountain spray snap on and off easily. The pump, with a suction cup on the bottom, sticks exactly where I put it on the bottom of huge bowl, and the birds line up all afternoon. Probably will purchase as gifts because the price and performance is great.

So far so good.. longevity. not sure at this time... but i am very satisfied with this product.

Extremely disappointed in this solar water pump. It worked fine for he first few hours, then it stopped. The next morning, when the sun was up, I looked out and it had started up again. That was 2 days ago and it still is not running. It wasn't expensive, that's not the point....it is a very simple item - doesn't do a whole lot except shoot water into the air - and it stopped completely. I'll try another brand because we can't have electricity where I've located our small bird bath......and the birds love the water!

So far, no problems!
