So this particular "viking" style tomahawk was supposed to be custom made in a forge etc etc instead I get the cold steel Norse Hawk the reason I gave it a 3 is because the Norse Hawk is a pretty good Tomahawk and I decided to keep it then go through the trouble but basically it's not what I ordered so buyer beware

The axe is only partially hand forged.
This axe is big. A little too big. That's not the deal breaker, though. This is advertised as hand forged. The blade is, but then the blade is poorly welded to the loop. The loop for the handle is also so big that it almost slips off of the top of the handle. You can get it tight because the handle recesses down into the top of the metal loop. For the price I expected better.
