Great support, sturdy, and it helps my ankles.
These are hard forms meant to help stabilize your ankles, and they work great! Just a warning- I wear normal/regular width shoes and these are a little wide.

Meets expectations
They meet expectations and if you are looking to add arch support to your shoes, these are it. They do not hurt or pinch. Nice and rigid for great support and durability. After a few days you'll notice a difference, in your stance and posture.

These insoles are amazing. I walk all day and am heavy which has caused me pain for years to the point I can’t move in the morning. This has given me so much support that I can workout after work without any pain in the morning. Thank you so much!

Heel cup is too narrow
The idea is great and the support provided is real. But the heel cup is quite narrow and has tall rigid rims that compress and hurt the outermost part of the heels. It is true that I have broader than average heels and flat feet, but I can't wear the insoles for more than a few minutes. The added pain defeats the purpose of using the product for comfort.

Not recommended
These are hard plastic with a felt covering and small foam piece in the heel. I have a B width foot and these are too narrow for me. They slide easily, depending on your shoe type. I wore these for the first time and twenty minutes later I was stopping for a different pair at the store.

Too Narrow.
If you are buying these it is because you are looking for a insole that supports more weight (330lb+) and need support. For that these seem great BUT the problem with these is they are too narrow for most people who weight that much. Most obese people have wide width feet and these feel like Im overlapping the insole in some areas. I dont have very wide feet. I fit between a wide and a normal but these don't seem to accomidate the extra width a heavy person would need.

Firm and solid!
They're very good. So far the best ones I've ever bought. Please keep in mind they're very rigid. That's good to me, but not sure for others. I'm 191cm and 115kg.
