Wonderful Addition to Bread Making
Just made my first loaf with this in my bread machine. It's officially our favorite bread!!

Substituting this for white flour
I love this flour. I make my bread with a bread machine which usually requires 4 cups of bread flour. To be sure it is a healthy loaf, I substitute 2 cups with this multi grain, replacing the white flour. It always works well. After reading online, I discovered when using this type of flour, I should add just a bit more moisture because some of these grains absorb moisture more than others. So I usually add a scant 1/4 more of water/milk or whatever moisture the recipe requires. Haven’t had a failure yet….👏🏻😁

Wonderful flavor and texture for bread
I love this flour. I’ve made numerous loaves of bread using this flour and they have all been the best! I will definitely be buying more.

Good Stuff!
This is basically 5lbs of flour in a really nice air-tight plastic bucket. In fact, coming from the advertising world myself, I think this is one of those cases where the packaging cost more that the product inside! That said, it's good stuff! Makes great homemade 9-Grain Bread!

Beware!
This flour isn't for bread making. Poor raising quality, and makes very grainy bread. But the worst thing is they put a Desiccant bag in the flour with no warning. I accidentally found the Desiccant bag in my mixed dough. That stuff is poisonous. I haven't looked yet to see if there are any more in there. I'm just glad I bought the smaller pail.
