My tailbone hurt very badly so I ordered this pad to sit on and it is a wonderful comfortable pad. And I love the handle that I can hook onto my walker using the hooks I bought from Amazon when I go out so I don’t have to carry it with me. I am temporarily needing to ride the little riding cart in the stores and this pad works great since so many of them are bumpy. Very sturdy foam. Highly recommend!

This is essential for me in my car seat, after two herniated discs in my lower back (as recommended by a surgeon and a physical therapist); I need to "open up" the angle between my hips and chest; so this lowers my knees and my car seat is reclined back, which takes the stress off my lumbar. I bought the 15 inch, and took a box cutter razor to trim off part of the sides so it fits into my bucket seats without bunching up. But it all makes driving possible, as the pain would be too great otherwise. The filling is labeled "polyethaline" foam, so that's pretty standard; it is squishy enough to be comfortable, but still gives support.

Works well on an office chair, but it's too firm to use in bed to take pressure off the tailbone comfortably. It's also a little excessively tall and doesn't compress much. This might be a bonus if you are heavier, however my tailbone pain comes from the fast loss of all my padding due to bariatric surgery, so having something that's a little more adjustable to my body would have been better. I'm about 160lbs for reference.

This cushion is making a big difference for me. I've much less pain, when sitting! Be sure to note its 15" width! It's perfect for me, 5'2" & 120 lbs, with only a bit of space to spare.

Buyer beware. Although this does provide some slope, which gets the knees a bit lower than the hips, this cushion is not 3 inches deep at the hips. It’s barely 2 3/4 inches thick. Not sure if I’ll keep it or use a cushion that provides a larger slope. Being a therapist, I’m aware it’s much better on your back if you can keep your knees lower than your hips, especially when sitting for long periods of time.

First off, you CAN'T return this thru Amazon. Second, the seller DOES NOT answer any request for a return label or ANYTHING ELSE. I have messaged them several times in the past few days asking for a return. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUIY THIS PRODUCT. There is no non-friction material to keep this cushion in place on a seat. I sat on it for 10 minutes and slid all over the chair every time I moved. I tried it for another few minutes in my car and I could have been killed as it did not stay in place and I nearly fell off the seat forward as I came to a stop. TERRIBLE PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I primarily bought this little seat to use on airplanes. I cannot travel first class. It seems as so, in the rest of the seats. I don’t know if it’s my imagination, but I think that took some stuffing out of the seats. The seats are hard and when you’re traveling, this little pillow is magic !

This works well. I'm using it for height as my new sax is too long. Odd use, but it works. Great design. Supports me. I can adjust where it sits on the seat or turn around if I want the space in front (for my sax). There is a carry handle which is convenient. Comfortable to me, as lots of the chairs I play on are metal. The cushion holds it shape.

I love this cushion. After 3 years of use, it's holding up well. I use it in long car drives, bring it inside and use it on my couch for movies, even take it to the movie theatre. We recently did an international trip and I used it on the airplane also. After years of use, it's lost a bit of support but still does the job more than adequately. I hope they don't stop making this because I want to buy it again after mine eventually wears out. The quality, shape, comfort and the price are perfect for this cushion.

These cushions are wonderful! My mother ordered her first one about three months ago: she has an L1 lumbar fracture and diabetic nerve pain, so her tailbone gives her a lot of grief. Before this pillow, she tried a number of different things (air & foam cushions, donuts, towel nests, etc), but was pretty much in agony unless she was standing up. But this cushion works like magic at giving her some relief. We just bought a second one about a week ago so she could leave one in the car instead of carting it around with her everywhere. It gives her the support she needs without putting pressure on her tailbone, and encourage her to sit up in a more ergonomically correct position which helps keep her from aggravating her spine. She uses it pretty much 14-18 hours a day, and the first one still hasn't gotten flat -- still going strong.
