Arrived in perfect condition and complete. Arrived in excellent time with a factory fitted UK plug adaptor to the standard German plug. Assemble straight forward and fittings allow easy adjustment of the suspension cables. I managed to install solo building a Jig to rest the unit on whilst attaching to ceiling base plate but more likely a 2 or even three person job. Lighting good, noise levels at full power more than tolerable. ( its a fan shifting air though a small space!)

Appalling company that totally ignored my consumer rights for a refund having supplied me with a product with a missing part. Just kept referring to the 14 day cooling off period which is irrelevant for goods supplied that are not fit for purpose as was the case here. I will never use Klarstein again nor recommend them to anyone

It looks exactly as I thought it would and I’m well pleased. It would be an idea to advise that it is quite heavy to install and needs more than two people. But I’m delighted with my choice.

Wunderbare Abzugshaube, die endlich mal anders aussieht! Montage einfach, Bedienung ebenfalls! Wir sind sehr mit unserer Wahl zufrieden. In höchster Stufe etwas laut, aber das stört uns nicht, da die niedrigeren Stufen ausreichend sind. Das Licht ist klasse, nicht zu grell aber schön hell. Würden wir wieder kaufen.

Bon produit, la hotte est simple à installer (mm si il faut être bon bricoleur et surtout à 2) Comme de nombreuses hotte suspendu, elle n’est pas hyper silencieuse. La lumière est un peu jaune et peu puissante (idéal pour ne pas être éblouis mais moins pour faire à manger…) Dans l’ensemble je la trouve pratique, esthétique et abordable financièrement. Attention elle n’est pas connecté (je le pensais mais j’ai eu le mélanger les pinceaux en comparant les modèles)

Alors, pas si facile à installer il faut être professionnel ou vraiment avoir des notions de super bricolage. Il faudra être deux et non pas seul. Personnellement j'ai dû demander à des professionnels de l'installer. Donc surcoût ! Ensuite je retire deux étoiles car vraiment trop bruyante à mon goût. Que ce soit en petite ventilation en forte ventilation de bruit est trop fort. On ne s'entend pas parler. Lors de l'utilisation, si vous faites des cuissons un peu trop grasse, il vous faudra nettoyer de suite après. Les graisses s'accumulent très vite derrière le hublot lumineux. Bref si j'avais eu toutes ces informations je pense que j'aurais opté pour une autre hotte aspirante. Certes elle est très belle, elle a un très beau design, esthétiquement elle en jette dans ma cuisine, mais le nettoyage systématique et le bruit en font vraiment son désavantage. J'espère que ces remarques vous permettront de faire le bon choix.

Point négatif, le bruit.

Ich habe diese wunderschöne Inselhaube nun 2 Jahre in Gebrauch und muss leider sagen, daß sie im Umluftbetrieb sehr wenig bis keinerlei Leistung hat. Ich habe mir mitlerweile angewöhnt bei stärkerer Rauchentwicklung oder aber Braten von fettigem das Fenster komplett aufzumachen. Wenn ich bei geschlossenem Fenster nur die Haube auf höchster Stufe, in meiner Miniküche (c.a 8 Quadratmeter) nutze, riecht es nach ein bis paar Wochen, wie in einer ollen Pommesbude, die schon 20 Jahre in Betrieb ist! Das geht echt gar nicht!! Halte ich ein Papierblatt in c.a 5- 10 cm Abstand bei voller Abzug-Leistung unter die Haube ist auch klar zu spüren: Da saugt gar nichts!! Laßt euch nicht von den angegebenen Werten(Absaugleistung..) täuschen! Die lesen sich nämlich ganz wunderbar, sind aber klar ein Fake! Die Angabe des Geräuschpegels kommt jedoch hin.. Die Haube sieht schön aus- kann aber im Umluftbetrieb nichts!
