I ordered this specifically because it had the two sizes of nails. Upon receipt, what I received was a slightly different pack. All of the nails were the same size and unfortunately, were the much larger size. It is absolutely not as shown in the photo.I will make it work for other purposes but future buyers be forewarned about the size of the nails.

The OOk's are my favorite picture hangers. I frame and display a number of different things; vinyl record, autographs, etc. I probably have 25-30 framed wall hangings in my office alone. Sometimes the hanger is exposed above the frame, and these look pretty decent. They're strong and well made, but can be a bit expensive. I got a 2 pack of these kits at a good price. The only problem I've had with OOK's in general is that the included nail/brad does not work for every size hanger, sometimes the brad is too fat for the smaller hangers. The hole in the hanger should probably be larger to fit a variety of the brads. It would also be nice if they came in a silver finish rather than just the brass color. I think silver hangers would sell quite well. Are you listening, OOK?

These are a little more complicated than the gorilla hooks, which I also love, but they are sturdy and hold things securely even in my condo, which dates to 1920 and has all different kinds of walls in it, and good luck finding the studs on most of them. The gorilla hooks are great, until you hit lathe on the plaster and lathe wall. You can use the OOKs anywhere, and they will hold as much weight as they say they will.

I used to buy these years ago and the nails were much smaller. Not sure why they're so large these days.

I love these hooks. They are easy to put into any drywall surface. They are perfect for pictures but I have used them to hang a lot of other items too. It really is surprising how much weight that they can support. Most of the time they are easy to put in just using fingers. I've used them on some harder surfaces where some light taps with a hammer work too. Super easy to remove as well - just pull them out.
