Stopped working in 20 days
I bought this product on 4 sep 2022 , it got delivered on 9th and it completely stopped working on 22 sep. Initially when it arrived it was a decent torch with average brightness and battery life. But as the days gone by the peak brightness after full charging started decreasing and eventually stopped working. I tried to contact their customer service but no one was answering. It states it has a 6 month warranty period but they didn't provide any details on how to claim warranty nothing is written on the box nor on their site their only. I have written a mail to their feedback mail but no response yet after a week. I'll update the review if the problem gets resolved thanks.

The media could not be loaded. 2 घंटे तक लगातार तेज रोशनी रहेगी उसके बाद कम हो जाती हैं। रेट के हिसाब से ठीक है। 5w के हिसाब से बैटरी लाइफ ठीक है।
