Household staple
My hubby uses this on a daily basis and we subscribe to it. This was recommended for him by his Dr. Its a well known and reliable product.

Horrible product. with chunks in it and even shaken would not fix the problem .
Do not orfer from this company ! Product..6 bottle all came with white chunks in it that could not be shaken or mixed. Emailed Amazon for a refund. Have not heard back.
