The design is beautiful. The fabric is thin. I am a bit busty for my size (38D, 5'4 150 lbs ) I wear a 10 (L) in tops, 8 in pants. I ordered the XL dress based on the measurements on the sizing chart. The dress fit perfectly across my chest and back and the arm holes fit nicely, no big gaps. But the waist was HUGE as was the hips, so good thing the design is so pretty, maybe it will distract from looking like a shapeless log. It has darts in the back so it should have been easy enough for a quick alteration. Everywhere I've checked the alteration will run $50 average. So maybe pay a little more upfront for a better fitting garment with higher quality material. I was very disappointed to find out the dress does not have any design on the back. This was my error. Maybe this is noted somewhere in the description but I wrongly assumed it had the matching design / pattern because my husband's matching shirt did. I am somewhat satisfied with the purchase. The price is fair for the item. The item came on time and in a padded envelope through USPS. We were lucky to have actually received the item. I prefer not to use USPS because our mail carrier is an idiot and leaves our shipments on the curb, many of which have been stolen. I would have rated higher if it fit better and had the matching pattern / design on the back.

I ordered the dress to match my husband's shirt for our 25th anniversary party. I was sure I ordered black but when I received confirmation it said WHITE and I tried to change but customer service indicated there were no black. I read reviews and it said white was sheer and seemed to run smaller than size so I was concerned. I received the item and it fit VERY TIGHT and almost completely see thru - no lining. I was able to alter the dress myself making it loose and wear a long tank underneath so it would work for me. It's a beautiful dress and very comfortable but too sheer if you want it to fit snug to your body.

You can see through the white dress, so had to alter a slip in order to make it fit under the material of the dress. The slip still showed, but wasn't able to do anything else. It looked great and everyone thought my new husband and I looked perfect so that is all that mattered to us for our wedding.

This dress is cheaply made. I expected a little higher quality.

not as soft as daughter expected it to be, she won't wear it to father/ daughter dance.it looks great on her but doesn't like the feel on her, "14 years old" :-)

This is a lovely dress. It's a soft cotton and is made well. I am normally about a size 12 and I ordered an extra large. It fit nearly perfectly. I am a 36D and the top of the dress was just a tad big which never happens for me. I am wearing this to my daughter's beach wedding with some fancy jewelry and jeweled sandals. In other words, this is the type of dress that can be dressed "up" or down for casual wear. Love it.

Great dress and matched perfect with the shirt.... But a large was way too small. I would recommend ordering 2 sizes up from what you really wear...

It's cute, fits nicely, I just wish it was longer (5'7") it fits up to my calves.
