Used it once and seems like it works better than the other one I have. The brush helps get wrinkles out very efficiently. It steams really well, but you do have to stop and refill it a lot (which is very easy to do) because the portability doesn't leave room for a large water reservoir.

Love how the product works. Only complaint is that it seems to run out of water so fast because of a small water tank. However, I imagine that's probably the case with most handheld units.

I clicked on the link to ask the seller a question but it wasn't working because I think I just may need a replacement clip. The steamer seems to be working ok but the attachment clip does not stay on, it only 'clicks' in 2 holes out of 3, but maybe its the holes that are defective, not the attachment, I don't know. Would have been nice to speak to them directly....I may just return it.

I have been waiting for a quality steamer like this for years. This will really allow me to be able to save on dry cleaning bills!! Something great about this one is the weight, this does not come with some large bulky system it is a great size!

Works so much better than the last 3 that we have had. Perfect for at home and travel. Couldn't have found a better one. We've tried all the name brand and they all crash after about 1.5 years of use.

This is a great handheld steamer! Will totally replace my iron for many jobs. Easy to add water and it lasts quite a while. All in all, easy to use, priced well and I am happy with my purchase.
