Tastes really nice. Recently became vegan and these are the same as any Chinese takeaway crackers.
Easy to cook in a small saucepan with 1/4 inch of oil. Does not need deep fryer. I Cooked 5 at a time to monitor easily, cooks within 5 seconds or less. Turn out on to a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
