My son loves this mini drone

1. As you can see from the reviews, many of the ratings and reviews wer aqpparently fo "sower curtain" and such not for this drone. Apparently Amazon allows for switching products and inherit the ratings from previous product. It is a sham.2. Description for drone sez 3 month or older. But on the box it is 14 yr old+I'd suggest 8yr is about right due to the finicky, frustrating remote.3. Drone itself would be OK, except for difficulties with pairing the remote to the drone. Each time it is a multi try hassle.4. The batteries have non standard (not micro USB) charging plug, so you have to use the charging cable supplied, and you can charge only one battery at a time. - bad design!

I watched the birthday boy open his gift and he excitedly ran outside to fly it. All of the kids were in the park with their fathers. The drone flew sooo high in the air and then it took off! They could not control it and even when the father attempted to bring it back, it went even farther. Everyone who attempted to retrieve it only made it go even farther. It got lost. The birthday boy was in tears. I want to purchase another to see if it was manufacturing error or just MALE error lol

The drone went higher and higher on its very first use by my 5 year old. Ended up in the house gutter. Got it out. As I was handing it down to him he tripped and fell and broke the remote control. Drone can't work now. Cheap. Avoid.

Bought two of them. And one of them just burned itself by the wings. So scary. Called Amazon support. They took care of it.
