AB Doer 360 Accessory - Set of 3 Power Rods - Ideal for Adding Additional Resistance to Your Workout!

I have a Ab Doer Twist manufactured in Aug 2010. I was hesitant these resistance rods would work but I saw a review from another Twist user that said they would so I purchased them and they indeed do work. I am not sure if the depression in my Ad Doer Rod is normal but I did have to take a plyers and slightly pry open the tube ( see photo, bottom of tube). The bottom of the tube had a slight depression preventing the rod to fit in. After opening it up slightly the rod fits and twists into place and works great.

I bought the ab doer twist years ago and never got this upgraded tension bars and when the Abdul 360 came out oh I saw these on Amazon I figured what the heck give it a try maybe they'll fit they actually fit perfectly in my abdoer twist which is a solid Lil piece of machinery metal spring and metal frame I think it will never wear out but me being a bigger heavier guy I want it more resistance I will say These Bars could have been a little stiffer honestly the stiff is 1 is the only one I will use and even that's weak I would think it would be much more stiffer. Also the price wasn't that great but I was able to buy a a product that I couldn't find anywhere else so that's a plus. Anyways so if anybody has ABDoer twist which was the older version of the 360 these fit perfectly they stop selling accessories for the older versions as soon as the newer versions come out. PS I'm 6ft 3 male 290 lb

Product is as advertised I just don’t use it

Gives more resistance But DOES slow down the Snapping off if the spring..(cause the spring breaks easily) welded mine 3times bought 2 more springs first year..

Product does not fit the original Ab Doer Pro.
