Autumn Delights Cakelet Pan

My sister has the acorn cakelet pan from nordicware and she made walnut cakes with it. It looked so good and taste soooo good so I would like to try. I also ordered 16-cavity pan but it was just 0.9 inches too big for my oven. This one is perfect fit. Unlike many other cooking pans, the coating on this one is really well done. It is little weight to it but because of that it more safe and stay balanced. You can tell this is HIGH QUALITY! This might little pricy than other brand but reason for it! OH MY GOD BEST COOKING WARE EVER!! I bought so many other ones and I shouldn’t! Get NORDIC-WARE remember okay?! Thank you so much for the make a such a great products and if possible, would love to see the acorn-shaped tray again and more discount on sometime. THANK YOU!

Big fan of the cake tins from Nordicware; I also bought a set of skull cake molds from them as well three years ago and those have remained in great condition. I don't use the dishwasher; only handwash with a sponge which is a bit of a pain with all those nooks and crannies but that's a good trade for having such detailed definition in my cakes. I've used these to make banana bread, cornbread, and regular yellow cake and each time they've all come out of the tin beautifully and are such a showstopper. Out of an abundance of caution I do use a baking spray just to ensure that none of the batter will stick. I also let the cakes/whatever cool around five minutes before I turn over the tin and let them fall out. Feels slightly heavy in a way that I like; it feels like good quality. This is definitely a brand that I'm willing to seek out by name for my cookware, especially anything in a themed shape.

This is such a cute pan, makes the perfect bite sized treats that can be picked up to eat, no fork required. The pan is classic Nordic Ware quality and is very easy to clean. I used bakers joy cooking spray and the little cakes popped right out and cleanup was a breeze.

It’s a very heavy, high quality pan. But I returned it because the molds are smaller than I realized

Bought the pan on Amazon but before I used it I found the same pan at Home Goods for $19.99. Returned the Amazon purchase. The pan itself works great. Used Bakers Joy spray which worked perfectly. Cakes popped right out and looked perfect. Nice definition on the shapes.

Of the 30 Nordic Ware pans that I own, this is one of my very favorites. The autumn-themed cakelets are just the right size as mini-muffins or cupcakes, and the designs have that awesome “cute” factor. The cakelets release easily from tne pan that first brush with melted butter and flour. THe Nordic Ware quality is phenomenal. The back of the pan shows incredible detail with leaves and tendrils, making the pan beautiful enough to display. I bought four of these pans, to have enough capacity to hold one cake recipe.

Didn’t quite work out as I had hoped. I was so excited to try this to make baby Bundt cakes. I filled the pan in the correct amount that it said to do. It some of the designs didn’t show up as well as I had hoped. Still fun and they tasted great but some of the details were lost.

Around here we love fall and pretty food. I bought this for my daughter and we just made Jiffy mix corn bread in it the first time to try it out. They are tiny, bigger than a mini but smaller than a regular 12-in muffin. And oh so adorable!!! I was out of Baker’s Joy so used melted butter dusted with flour to prep the pan; they released perfectly. I over-filled them to the top so they looked like a muffin with a pretty bottom. This was fine for us, we had them with soup that night. But next time will abide the 3/4 fill rule. Clean up was a breeze using a soft bristled wand I use for washing glasses and bottles. Can’t wait to show them off on Autumnal Charcuterie Boards!

Great quality for regular baking.

Quality Nordicware pan. The autumn designs are beautiful. Use it all year, not just for autumn. The price is very fair. Appreciate very much that it is made in the USA!

Wie immer bei Backformen von Nordic Ware, ist die Qualität sehr gut. Ich brauche weniger Hitze und weniger Zeit. Die Reinigung mit Wasser und Spülmittel ist schnell und einfach.

Adore this brand. Small pan but makes up with great details. Excited to use
