Best Self Massager for Your Neck with Multiple Trigger Points for Pain Relief

I’ve had a pinch in my neck since I had covid in 2020. I have no idea where it came from but it has caused me so much stress and pain everyday. I have been to a chiropractor. I have paid for professional massages. Nothing has worked. I just opened this massager 20 minutes ago and played with it while working at my desk and OMG. I have instant relief. I could literally cry. Please if you are hurting anywhere around your head or neck.. get this.

This device hits my neck where my massage recliner does not as I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. The only drawback is the rollers don't really move as expected, I think it would be perfect if they did but I would still recommend it.

That third ball in the middle makes it a little uncomfortable. If u take it off, the plastic piece juts out and pokes you. Other than that. It's magnificent.

It allows you to apply the appropriate pressure based upon your tolerance. Very easy to use. I liked it so much, I bought one for a friend with next pain and it wa a smash success!!

If you find a roller ball that rotates you’d have a better product

I’ve tried so many plastic-y devices from Amazon over the years, that id given up hope. I’m 53 w/ chronic neck pain. I just started yoga (which is great, helps w/ pain - try it!), but sometimes being a yoga-noob, it can cause some temporary increased neck pain/muscle stiffness after the workout. Well, this design of massagers gets right into the occipital head/neck are, right in the middle - the sweet spot where your neck is ropey and stiff and painful. It HAS to be this design (with the 3 balls, 3rd one located in the middle, not the 2 balls on each side), if you want to get to the center of your neck. You can also flip it around to get the sides of your neck. It seems sturdy enough if used normally. Definitely worth every penny! I feel like this design should be the dominant one on amazon, not the 2 balls only on each side. The key is that ball in the middle. Thats where the magic happens!
