The Original Secure Your Covers from Blowing Away - Large 38" (Car and Light Truck Covers)

Bought these as my bbq cover was constantly blowing off. They hold the cover down in extreme wind and easy to clip/unclip. They are quite long so it did require me to tie them around to shorten though.

The picture is what you get, very sturdy and well made. The only downside is that it’s just a hook as shown (which admittedly I should have realized when buying) so for what I’m using it for it isn’t the greatest; I bought this because the bike cover I had melted the buckle off and I needed a way to secure it. This works in low weather but heavy winds it slips out so I probably will be modifying it. The clamps however are fantastic, they haven’t budged at all, the hook just needs a way to close the loop so it doesn’t slip out. All in all good product if you know what your getting.

I got them to secure a very expensive car cover but found when the cover arrived it came with securing straps. They're just too sturdy and "muti-use" to return.

They work well in theory but even thought these are for a large car, they were a very tight fit on the cover of my 2007 Eclipse which is not that big of a car. A strong wind broke one of the clips that in fairness was straining to hold on with the bungee cord being stretched to the max. A little bigger and this would get 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible, they broke the moment I open the package. cheap plastic. Don't recommend to anyone

So far I am very pleased with these. They seem sturdy and clamp on to what I use well.

I baught it to tighten my car cover. Primarily the elastic strap was small for any the sedan or SUV. Then i used the strap in combination and that solved the length issue. So I can only strap the cover in one side. I used it only in the front. Secondly the clip get detached frequently even after firmly fixing it . And last night I saw the clip is detached when I try to fix it again I could see the lock for the clip is broken so now the the product is useless. So I'm unhappy with the product.
