Q: I tried to connect this via bluetooth to a jbl "flip 5" speaker the "line" output . they look like they connect but i get no sound. any advice?

Hi friend, For the Bluetooth connecting issue, we kindly suggest you try below steps: 1.Follow the instructions to pair the Bluetooth speaker and the turntable, turn off other device's Bluetooth function to avoid interference. 2.Please check if the Bluetooth indicator will flash while pairing, if the turntable didn't act as it should be as indicated in the user manual, please share us a video for further investigation. 3.The best pairing range is within 16ft. You can try to turn on the turntable first or turn on the Bluetooth speaker first. The turntable is not built with a vulume control, it's suggested to control the volume on your Bluetooth speakers Or there may be 2 reasons caused this problem, 1.Did not push the needle cartridge in place properly, please install the stylus again. 2.Maybe the four wires of the stylus was loose. you can insert the four wires of the stylus tightly, If your issue persists after trying this tip, please email us by clicking Contact Seller in your order details page or on the product page. Q: Is there a way to fine tune the rotation speed?

Dear Customer, From your description, we assume the platter needs maintenance. Please follow below steps to take care of the platter: 1. Remove the platter, take off the belt and remove the sub-platter. 2. Clean the turntable's hole and the sub-platter's spindle with a dry, soft cloth. 3. Add a few drops of machinery oil into the hole. 4.Add a few drops of machinery oil on a clean cloth and fully wipe the spindle. Then place the sub-platter and platter back and play a vinyl to see if the speed is correct.
