These are fun for sexual stimulation. apply a little baby oil or lotion on the areola and surrounding breast tissue, and then twist the knob and it sucks up the tissue. It keeps a tight seal even if you are moving around, and it can be twisted and pulled for fun without breaking the seal. Will work in other places too, and has a sort of "medical, lets play doctor" flavor to it..ha!If you are getting these for inverted nipples, it is easy to wear these around the house, if you don't live with roommates or children, but you can't wear these in public as they stick out from your body about 3 inches. If you use the maximum suctioning pressure and leave it on for an hour, once or twice a day for a few days, then you can get bleeding from the nipple (nothing to really worry about, just be careful). So twist it about 1/4-1/2 of of the way up and the pressure won't be a strong. Can't give an opinion as to wether you can permanently correct nipple inversion with constant use over a long period of time.It could help for breast feeding a newborn, as the nipple will expand and project farther, giving the little one something to latch onto...but you have to be quick cause it only takes a few minutes for the tissue to relax back to its natural profile.

The return page directs yo7bto manufacturer bu5 they will onl7 assist (they do not pay return shipping) if it is clearly broken. They refer you back to Amazon, who in turn refers you to the manufacturer.Not worth the time or energy to to take a risk on getting one that works.

When I first wrote my review I said that, for men, this product didn't work. I did, however, discover, after some experimentation, this product is actually excellent and I hope I haven't discouraged anyone from buying it because of my error. I had followed the instructions, but what they didn't say is that, if you have any hair around you nipples, you will not get any seal or suction. I found that I had to shave around my nipples and, wow ! The suction was incredible ! In fact , the suction was so powerful that I was able to walk around, and even go to bed and sleep with them on. If I have any complaint it is that, so far, the suction is so tight that it hurts a little. I think I just have to find a comfortable level. If things change I will re-edit this review.

I've only had these 2 days. When product came the inside of one had a piece broken off. On the second day when I went to use them again one of them was hard to turn(not the one with the broken inside piece) and as I'm trying to turn it broke. See picture. I wouldn't have been so upset if there was a way I could get a replacement, but when you try to it sends you to a site and says to call a number. Not like I wanna call and discuss this with a person. Would be nice if you could just send a message. The one time I did use these I thought they were great. Would have enjoyed getting more than one use out of them.

This is my first purchase of such a device. I decided to place it on my tongue to test it out, boy was that interesting. It should have came with a warning! It was reminiscent of that scene from dumb and dumber where one of the men puts his tongue on the icy ski lift.Anyway once my tongue no longer looked the length of a frogs I decided to get down to business. The only problem was my chap didnt know what a clitoris was, let alone where it was. So as he inserted (you can guess where!) this he looked confused as i let out a sharp yelp. Only he was not confused at my yelp and he proceeded to fumble around. I got a little concerned when he strapped on the head torch, and I heard him mutter the words no woman wants to hear "ive lost it".He then started tugging on something, it did not feel pleasant at all! I felt like my intestine was being pulled through me! He only went and got it stuck inside me as he was frantically twisting away, by now my insides were swelling like a balloon.So it was with much dissapointment that we had to go to the emergency department. That was an experience, as he also lost his head torch up there. As we were walking past other patients i was conscious of a light shining out of my nether regions. It wouldnt have been too bad had he not also got his hand wedged up there looking for his wedding ring!About 3 hours later when the doc had finally stopped laughing he finally inserted his tools and got my chap out of me, retrieved his head torch and unscrewed the clitoris clamp. It was kind of fun when he spent the next 10 minutes looking for my chaps wedding ring, he never did find it but I have been back about 12 times since. Each time just as fun as the last.Now the swelling has gone down i no longer look like i am smuggling a pineapple down there. Whilst there was a happy ending (or several at the emergency department) im not convinced that was due to this device.

These certainly work as advertised and are very stimulating, and help to put me in "the mood". The quality and workmanship are excellent and they are easily disassembled for cleaning. Suction is infinitely variable from light to 'ouch'! It helps to dampen the skin or apply a dab of lube to keep them on, especially if they're not screwed on very tightly. However, I'd advise not to twist them too tight or leave them on too long or, instead of increasing sensitivity, they may cause a the opposite. As with any product that restricts or alters blood flow, prudence and caution are advised to avoid long term nerve or blood vessel damage. Meantime, have fun with these... especially if you like a little pain with your pleasure. A good addition to anyone's naughty toy collection!

i liked these products and the suction worked very well, but the quality is so low that it’s not worth it. when i went to use each and every one of them, they only lasted between 1-3 uses before the inside rubber broke and crumbled out. each one did this, and it proved to be really frustrating. really disappointing to see how little they can be used before they have to go in the trash.
