Q: If I have very dry skin, can I get away without double cleansing?

Not with dry skin. Consider it in place of a makeup wipe, why would you not wash your face after a makeup wipe? So yeah double cleanse unless you wanna be gross.

Q: Is this product Vegan?

The answer isn't as clear-cut as it may seem. I used a vegan ingredient checker to see what flags came up and Acetate, PEG-10 Isostearate, and Palmitate came up as probably vegan due to the nature of how they are sourced. Sometimes these ingredients are sourced from animals and sometimes they are sourced from plants. I would assume that the products are vegan seeing that the product markets itself as being plant-based. So I would say yes, but do some more research on the manufacturer's sourcing of ingredients if you want to be very sure.
