So, I hadn’t changed bike pedals since my late teens, 35 years old now and I have to tell you I made the mistake of not remembering that one of the pedals is actually reverse threaded. I spent 30 minutes sweating and swearing outside in the heat with a hammer and an open end wrench because I forgot this fact haha. I laughed after googling how to remove your bike pedals and seeing what I was doing wrong. The pedals themselves are very sturdy, I’m trying to lose weight and have lost a few pounds but was up to 220 when I first got these pedals and they held me just fine. The bearings are smooth and make pedaling smooth. You can concentrate on your workout/breathing and enjoy scenery, the good things while using these pedals and NOT concentrate on issues like pedals sticking. I recommend these pedals, I have them on my Raleigh mountain bike and have put about 100 miles on them so far and not one issue since installing them.

These pedals are great! Decided to upgrade some things on my bike since I’ll be riding it to work. I wanted new pedals but on a budget. These pedals are sturdy! They don’t feel cheap at all, these things are solid! The spikes are great. I had to ride to my local bike shop so they can put the left one on for me. My right foot felt like they were glued to the pedal (rockbros), while my left foot was hanging on for dear life (stock) haha.. I’m exaggerating a little bit but seriously, grip on my right, barely on my left. What a difference from these new pedals compared to the stock pedals that come with a budget MTB. The new pedals are half the thickness of the stock pedals and less weight as well. I should’ve done this years ago when I first bought the bike! Very happy with them and they look super nice on my bike!

These pedals seem really good for the price. My old pedals were juat flat, plastic rectangles with no nubs or spikes to grip the shoe sole. These have nice, tall studs that grab your show sole and keep your footing set.They seem constructed well and look killer. Hou can get them in many color combos so they can matxh any bike. I would buy another set.

Got for my ebike. Not very grippy. They look cool and are light. Pretty durable so far but I don't put a lot of weight on them. I wouldn't thrash these through the woods without a few adjustments.

Couldn’t be happier with purchase. The RockBros memory foam seat was night and day compared to the stock seat that came on bike. The RockBros pedals were a huge upgrade to the stock pedals with my shoes sticking to the pins and the RockBros front frame bag worked well, to hold ID and play music along the ride. The RockBros bottle holder, holds a bottle👍. A much better ride and the quality of the products appears pretty good! No complaints and a fair price for what I’d consider entry level parts. These are high quality, lightweight metal pedals. The nubs on top provide good grip to virtually any soles. They'll also puncture your skin if you happen to slam into them, but overall, they're much better than plastic.

Love these pedals. Very high quality for the price. Using them with a Shimano TY501 crank on a 90s MTB rebuild. The traction studs stick up a little farther than my preference, but not bad. Shafts appear to be stainless, so they shouldn’t have a corrosion problem with aluminum cranks.
