I was so anxious to receive my beautiful giraffe. That has 5 star rating. I was so happy.I was very saddened the packaging was completely destroyed, along with my giraffe.Unfortunately, Fed Ex just through over my wall.I really wish I could have replaced, but afraid of it being destroyed again. It was unreturnable.

Well made and soft but the neck is flimsy.
So far this item looks nice and well made. It is very soft. The only issue I have with it is the neck doesn't sit up like in the picture, it doesn't have enough stuffing maybe and so if you want this guy to sit up then expect his head to just lay to one side. It does have a nice zipper in the back and I happen to have some extra stuffing so I'll maybe try and stuff it up some more before my son gives it to his girlfriend and see if that helps give more support to the long neck.
