I was taking both the minerals and the beef liver for about a month and I really thought the beef liver was what was helping me and I am sure it was, but when I stopped taking the minerals I realized they were also doing me a lot of good. My moods were terrible and my energy level was incredibly low. I got back on them and felt much better. Also I gave the minerals and beef liver to my husband and he noticed very quickly he had more energy and overall felt better.

I have tried so many different electrolyte powders, drinks, etc but nothing compares to these capsules. I have Hashimotos and I’ve actually felt a difference since starting these. I’m on my second bottle and absolutely have more energy, less brain fog and overall well being. It took about 2 weeks and I’ve been consistent. 6 capsules a day may seem like a lot but they’re easy to swallow and it’s just a matter of making a habit of taking 1 with each glass of water. Honestly, I average 3 to 5 a day and that has done wonders for me. I know everyone is different but Ancestral Minerals has helped me more than all of my myriad of supplements combined. I believe minerals are often overlooked but with our food supply being depleted, they are absolutely essential. I did wait quite some time to write this review so I could have time to make sure they were really working and give an honest opinion. I also love that they are from a small business and I hope they never change.

I can't believe it! I've bought this product which actually does with it says!! I've been prone to cramps in my calves my whole life. They usually get worse with dehydration that I get from a ketogenic diet. I've bought other electrolyte supplements, but none of them worked this well (and who knows what's in them)! I only take 2 every other day and it's not only stopped the cramps, it seems that swelling has gone down in my feet as well. I will be buying this again.

Took this for several months in the summer, ended up with some stomach pains taking only one a day not the 6 recommended. Probably use this more In The summer months

Our son works out vigorously and these help him. He keeps them in his gym bag. We try to keep a stock of Ancestral Supplements for our family on hand because we know they’re authentic and they work!

I took 2 today and wow, they’re giving me something I needed badly. Felt so calm and serene at work today, am usually very anxious all the time. I just feel amazing! I take almost everything else, just decided to try these and I think they’re what I’ve been looking for (what my body is missing) all along!

This is a good brand and I take many of their supplements without any problems.
