Issues with high power device connectivity
This device works as expected with non powered or low powered devices like memory cards, USB drives and some phones. However, if you connect a high powered device like an iPad, instead of just cutting the power supply and keeping the data connection on, this device simply turns off. I had a USB mouse connected along with iPad as I wanted to transfer some files. But the device stopped working for both the iPad and the mouse. Returned for refund.
