Great grip
These gym hand grips are a great addition to my workouts. They give excellent grip for pull-ups and lifting, and really help reduce hand fatigue and slipping. The wrist straps are comfortable and supportive without digging in.Good quality material and easy to adjust — highly recommended for anyone serious about strength training!

Great grip on the bar, kind to the hands. Only tried one so far for pull ups but with the better grip, better pulling power.

Stay clear
Purchased these grips for my partner after hearing lots of good reviews about velites. The first time she wore them she came flying off the bar and hit her head we have let everyone at the crossfit class try them even the instructors and they have all said the same these just aren't right no grip and just dangerous. Been speaking with the seller who has been next to no help waiting 3-4 days in between responses they've told me to buy magnesium to out on them which I personally think is outrageous.1. Magnesium is an irritant and2. Why should I have to buy additional products to make this product work.After looking into them these seem like a much less quality then the ones they sell on there website for double the price.And this seller refuses to give a refund for a product that does not work.

Excellent Grips for Cross Training
I’m really impressed with the Velites Quad Carbon I grips. They offer great durability and comfort, making them some of the best grips I’ve used for CrossFit. The design provides excellent support during workouts, and I appreciate that they’re 100% vegan. If you’re looking for reliable grips for your training, these are a solid choice!

Leather pads are just too short.
Got the largest size and personally theyre too short by at least an inch, when they are wrapped around a bar, my fingers hang over quite a bit!
