I absolutely do not know how I survived this long without one. Makes reading so much easier and convenient. The charge lasts a looooong time, closing the cover locks the device as opening unlocks and I LOVE THAT. I love that I can make notes, look up definitions, share with others my highlights and it connects with good reads. I love that it makes scrolling the kindle library easy and the display is perfect! Even outside its easy to read! Ill attach a photo while outside. Honestly don't have one complaint.

I bought this for my wife who is an avid reader. She has been reading Kindle books for ages using an iPad Mini. The Paperwhite is smaller, lighter, and easy to read. She has retired her iPad except to pull up recipes online. The green cover was to her taste. The charge lasts a long, long time compared to the iPad Mini which had to be charged every day. This makes a great gift for anyone who loves to read. It also fits nicely in a purse.

I mostly use my kindle for reading while I have a few minutes to spare outside. The battery life is very long, and the kindle provides many useful features like dark mode, links, and an online dictionary that make the reading experience more enjoyable.

I purchased my first Amazon Kindle Paperwhite in this bundle deal. I did not need the extra charging block but it's essentially free when purchased with the bundle, so why not?This is my first experience with any Amazon Kindle. I have recently taken up reading again and was beginning to accumulate a collection of physical books so I opted to go paperless instead. I chose this Kindle Paperwhite (8 GB) with 6.8" display and adjustable warm light, Ad-Supported; along with the Kindle Paperwhite Fabric Cover (11th Generation-2021) in Deep Sea Blue.I read in the evenings while laying in bed with my head and shoulders slightly propped up on a pillow. I have the brightness turned all the way down on the Kindle and the adjustable warm light to almost as "yellow" as it will go. I also wear blue-light blocking glasses. I have NOT noticed any negative impacts on my eyes or sleep schedule due to the light from reading on this Kindle. The overall Kindle and case together are very lightweight and easy to use. The Kindle screen automatically turns off/on when the case opens/closes. My hands, wrists, arms do not ache or get tired when reading for ~30+ minutes.The battery life so far is beyond exceptional. When I first received my Kindle, I fully charged it and set it aside for 2 MONTHS while I finished reading the remaining physical books I had already purchased. When I picked up the Kindle, after it had been sitting for 2 months, the battery was still at 80%.I am still learning the little tricks and settings within the Kindle as far as turning off page numbers, percent complete, estimated times, and overall page layout, font, size, etc. I am still toying with the highlighting and other reference/resource features. But overall, the functionality is very intuitive. I have NOT needed to Google any instructions on how to change something yet...I thought I would miss physical books and put off buying a Kindle for far too long. This Kindle is so much more convenient, light weight, travels easy, and you don't get distracted with notifications (as you might with a "regular" tablet). I would highly recommend a Kindle to any avid reader.

The device is just slightly larger than my last Kindle, but it still fits in my purse. Love the backlighting and ability to adjust that. Charge seems to last for quite awhile!

I impulse-purchased this as an Amazon Day deal. I was looking for something to use reading at night when I lay in bed watching TV. The Paperwhite Reader was back ordered and I was sent the cover and charger right away. The reader came about 30 days later. I put the cover on the reader and soon realized how small this is. I used it for a couple of weeks and found it too small for me, in addition, the black and white text for me at night was hard to read. I also own a larger Fire Tablet and started using the Kindle App on it and it made a big difference. Easier to read, color highlighting, and if you import magazines they are in color. Color makes a big difference. The Product is good but it's not for everybody. I ended up returning the Reader however the cover and charger were over the return period. it cost me quite a few dollars to try it out. Had they arrived together it would have been no problem to return all three items.

I like that it's thinner, has more screen area and an easier to manage touch screen. I'm very pleased with it!

Love these Amazon kindle devices because they have such a good battery life and are easy on my eyes. I read on planes a lot so I appreciate that I don’t have to charge often. I traded in my previous model Kindle Paperwhite for this one. Best decision ever. Much faster and larger screen.
