Eating another small piece, I tasted Almonds, Pecans and Walnuts. The fruits were cherries, citron and raisens. Once fruit is all mixed up and candied, it's hard to distinguish the flavors and different fruits and the labels says there were more fruit that what I listed here. We thought it was yummy... **Q: Gluten-free and vegan?** A: Not gluten free as far I know, but delicious. **Q: Does it have candied citron?** A: The better quality fruitcakes do not contain citron. **Q: are the cakes delivered one pound at a time? is the carli's 3 one pound fruit cakes for $24.95 total?? not charged again for each cake deliver..** A: You will receive 3 one pound cakes in one package. ## Frequently Bought Together - Carli’s Cakes Original Fruit Cake - 1lb, Freshly Baked Traditional Fruitcake Recipe with Raisins, Cherries, Pineapples, Nuts, Imitation Rum Grandma’s Fruit Cake, Delicious Holiday and Christmas Gift - Old Fashion Claxton Fruit Cake 3-1 Lb.
