These are great cutting boards. Maybe they're not 100% professional grade, but for the home chef or just everyday cook, they're great.I like the colors.I use red for meat (can't have any cross-contamination going on, so ONLY meat ever touches the red board)...and that's easy to remember...red meat...and red for *HEY YOU BIG DUMMY!!! DON'T CUT ANYTHING ELSE ON ME!!!*The green board...of course...veggies! Green also because I can cut any veggies on it as much as I want and not have to worry about germs.Blue is for seafood...because the ocean is blue OF COURSE! :-)Yellow is just anything else that needs to be cut and won't cause cross-contamination.Yes, my knives do leave cut marks on these boards. But good, sharp knives leave cut marks on ANY boards, even end-cut maple butcher block...it's just not as easy to see the marks on some boards as it is on others. These marks are superficial and I don't worry about them at all. I've been using these boards every day for a while now and there's no real damage going on, just surface scratches.

Very substantial cutting boards that feel firm and are large enough to cut various foods with!Update (from 5 to 4 starts): Previous reviewers mentioned that the boards warp if put in the dishwasher. I must agree with this. After one time in the dishwasher, a couple of them are no longer completely flat. I can still use them to cut meat and fish, but they would be inconvenient to chop vegetables on, which would then roll off the board. Despite that, I like that they can be conveniently sanitized by putting them in the dishwasher, and are quite thick compared to other cutting boards. In all, I would buy them again.

These cutting boards are very large and give a great area for cutting a lot of items without having to use additional boards (i.e. lots of veggies or fruit, not different food items like chicken and veggies!). They are bright and the color coding for different foods is easy to see. I'm not concerned that they "slip" on the counter because every cutting board I've liked and used in the past decade plus has moved if I don't hold it down or put a damp towel under it. (Get one with feet if you're concerned.)I haven't used the ceramic peeler yet but it looks sturdy and seems that it will do a great job.Instructions are included for use and care of both products. Be smart and read them!

I like that it's sturdy. I didn't know it is to be used with a wooden cutting board and it comes with a small sticky pad to keep it from sliding which is nice. I did not receive the FREE peeler no sign of it. The delivery box was clearly abused and the tape was coming undone.

I really appreciated that it had a icon on each board. this really helps to keep the right food on the right board. they are very sturdy and easy to clean.

Love that this set comes with a board for each type of item you'd be using it for. The peeler is better quality then the stainless steel one I have in my kitchen. These hold up well when chopping, slicing, and dicing. I wash them by hand since people reported putting them in the dishwasher warped them. So far I've been using them for almost a year with no quality concerns or issues. Great product and definitely recommend.

Just received my new cutting boards and have already put them to use. They are sturdy [the ones I just threw out kept curling up], these new boards are thick and there will be no curling. Love that each is marked, this way the hubby will use the board necessary for the job. I have only used two so far, but washing was fine, they came out clean with no lingering smell. A good purchase indeed ! Thank You.

Finally, I can store a cutting (the whole set) without curling and taking up more space. I also feel this is far easier to sanitize than wooden boards, especially using hydrogen peroxide. It can be tossed into the dishwasher. I like the little thing you put under your board so it doesn't slide on slippery counter surfaces.What I don't like about this product? Nothing!

These boards just about as described, difficult to clean surface, and quite flimsy/flexible.
