Q: Question only for those that have had exposed to weather for at least 6 months - still water proof and still not torn, straps in good condition, etc?

No. I had mine less than a year and it is exposed to all elements (sun, rain, snow, etc.) and it has torn. Some of the straps have broken also. The cover had only been removed maybe half a dozen times through the course of the summer. Tears did not occur through human error or removal/installation.

Q: My sectional is 79” long. Is there enough play in the 78” length measurement to accommodate it?

If you can move parts of the sectional, you might have it fit. I covered a loveseat and two side chairs (turning one chair next to the loveseat) and was able to use it. It serves my purpose to protect against rain, but probably fits better on a table set. I like that it is light weight and flexible.

Q: What's all included with this item

It is just a cover, nothing else. The cover has the strings to adjust the size and make it tide around the furniture but is all one piece. Good protection, fair product for the price.

Q: We cover our patio furniture in the winter, what is the size of this cover when it is folded and stored during summer months?

I ordered one they recommended when I ordered my furniture but it was 126inches long, way too big, I have to return it.
