The information in the book is much like the class, without the attunements. The book goes into greater depth for various topics. Also, Lisa has thoroughly researched the history of Reiki, and the information is up-to-date (older manuals often have a misleading history of Reiki because they were written prior to the new information coming to light). I’ve been practicing Reiki for 20 years and have read many books and this is one I will purchase for my students as I teach.
