Yes they are used in commercial settings. You can also add recipes to the internal memory so multiple stores will all be using the same recipes and can’t ok times

Q: Does this smoker have Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi connection?

No. I cook using Thermowork Signals which uses internal probes in the meat and displays the internal temperature via wi-fi and Bluetooth.

Q: How do I use the meat probes on my Bradley p10 smoker ?

There are 2 meat probes on the Bradley Smoker P10. You plug them in at the top left of your smoker, and there are buttons on the display that you can push to see what the temperature reading is, without opening the door.
