I was a bit skeptical when I was ordering, so I just ordered one in white color to test out. The instruction was clear and it took 5 minutes to install. It was professionally packaged. The quality of the blinds was better than expected. Can't ask for more. I just ordered 6 more for all the windows in my house.[Update] I received the 2nd order, a few in ivory and a few in gray. I like the white color the best, it looks great both day and night. Also, the customer service is great, very responsive and attentive.
