I have used this product for many years. It is perfect for people with baby fine hair. It is VERY light weight and does NOT leave my hair over conditioned and flat. It is very hard to find a conditioner that works for this type of hair, but we need something, or our hair tangles.. Once in a while my hair will have static electricity. I rub a very small amount of this product in my hands, and very gently smooth it over my hair. Static is gone, without weighing my hair down with excess conditioner. I give this products 5 stars, but it is not for all hair types.

I couldn't tell that it help. I could have not used it right.
