I'm very impressed with this tablet. It is powerful enough for office use and superbly portable with a very crisp screen. Having only one USB-C port is a bit of a hassle, but adding a separately purchased USB-C Hub with HDMI, a couple of USB 3 ports and a USB C port works well. The screen resolution is good, but things are very small, so (a) a mouse or pen really is useful and (b) when not travelling I always plug it in to an external monitor. Great for watching Amazon Prime or Netflix when staying in hotels overseas (I take the HSB-C Hub and a cable to plug into the hotel TV - keeps the family happy!). The writing and conversion of hand writing to text in Microsoft Notes works well (a key work-related reason this was bought). Not cheap when you add the attachable Microsoft Keyboard / cover, Bluetooth Microsoft mouse, microsoft Pen, and a laptop sleeve to pop it all in - but worth it!

So disappointing. I had both the first and second editions of the go and had been for-warned this model wasn’t great. Persevered, but ultimately returned as it’s just not good enough and for the price offers very poor value. As always, the form factor of the device is great and it’s lovely to use. The display and camera are streets ahead of the other windows tablets of this size. But that’s about the end of the good stuff. It’s woefully underpowered and stutters when you do pretty much anything. I used both windows 10 and 11, turning off animation and transparency effects, etc. but it’s just really, really bad at handling more than the very simplest of tasks. I work inside the browser most of the time and using edge alongside the slack desktop client meant regular standstills and frequent restarts, crashes and hangs. All the while, the tablet chews through the battery super fast. An hour of web browsing and doing just basic work = 35% power consumed. The tablet heats up almost instantly and the fan starts running. Surely both contribute to excessive power consumption. Lovely design and great to carry around.. but in reality just unusable.

Battery life is not good, there is also heat problem, Charger is not usb type c or something universal. You need to find a specific changer. Overall, you should consider other alternatives instead of buying this.

I bought this as a 70th Birthday Peesent for my mum and it has been so easy to set up with her and get into using it. She is involved in Guiding and WI and often has to take minutes, whilst she used to lug her laptop around this is more convenient and the battery lasts a little bit longer (though I note not as long as my Lenovo Chrome Book of a similar size). The Microsoft mouse that was recommended with it she calls the best mouse she's ever had which connected via Bluetooth without the normal efforts of connecting a Bluetooth device. Just easy to use all round and easy to set up.

Great small tablet running Windows. Very handy and good quality Be careful the power cord is not easily replaceable. Most are designed for the Pro model....

Used these as waiter pads in a previous place of work. Nice and light, and if put in a rugged case, could take a drop or two.

To put it simply the computer wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t change and wouldn’t start up. And to add insult to injury the supplier says I’ve got to pay to send it back.

the battery life is not great.....the charging port is monopolizer act..like Apple products...could have been just a simple type C port...universal ....but what i love most is the size perfect for my travel on the go work....hoping Surface go 4 will be a same size but improves specs....

A great device for personal use, very big jump from GO 1, most of youtubers give it a bad review expecting it to do heavy tasks like video editing which is not the purpose for such form factor!
