Size is very big pls exchange I need one size smaller

Twice I have ordered these in a size 6/7, and twice I have received a size 4/5. 2 unnecessary trips to the Post Office to return them. I see another customer had the same issue. Are Amazon just sending out whatever size they feel like? The shoes do look they would be really comfy and cute - if I ever manage to receive the right size!Update - ordered a size 8, and finally received the size 6/7 I wanted. The shoes themselves are amazing. So comfy and stay on much better than the normal flip flops. I would order more in other colours if I could be sure what size I would be sent.

The design ,colour is pleasant but it doesn't keep my foot 👣 healthy tightened so it doesn't change my body posture ,also this type of summer shoes allows dust to go in between the pores of the skin which is very difficult to clean but is my personal interpretation and is better to develop better quality for this style of shoes

I ordered these in a size 6/7 - and received a pair size 7/8! Requested a refund, and re-ordered a pair size 6/7 - and received a pair size 4/5!Again returned these. Why can’t they just say if a size is not available? Shoes that don’t fit JUST DONT FIT!

Usual buyer of Havaianas I just can say that they are great.Super flexible sole don’t overheat with the sun and really comfortable.Goes well with beach clothes and jeans so a plus for holidays.

Glad bought again to replace my older one which sadly snapped in between the toes.. They are so comfortalbe and I love my toes out rather than in. I walk for ages in these on nices days. Dont need to do the fastener as my foot slides in. Love them.
