Definetly decreased my appetite. I would recommend taking only one the first few days until your body gets used to it. I took two the first day and it made me a little spacey, and just felt wierd. I reduced it, am still only taking one at a time, but take a second later in the day.

This product works very well. It does all the things that it claims. I'm very happy with it. I have tried other brands, did not come close to it. I feel energized and lost 32 lbs.

This African Mango is FANTASTIC!
This is a really great product! I take mine first thing in the morning, and it really helps to curb my appetite, & ends my cravings for sugar. I don't feel "wierd" or "wired" with this product. There is a little caffeine in it, so I just cut out one cup of coffee to accommodate for the difference. I get along fine with this product. I recommend it to anyone who wants to curb their appetite. Give it a little time to work, and you'll do fine.

I used this for awhile and at first it had me thinking, its not going to work, but I kept using them and i feel healthier now, and it does help you loose weight, helps stomach if yours hurts, like i get nervous and my stomach hurts, forever, its helped

This supplement has really helped me in keeping my goals to eat healthier. I don't get shaky or jittery when I take it, but I definitely have more energy. It also seems to help with my blood sugar in between meals. I will be ordering more.
