Great suction, work really well!
I love these Hasko shower products. They have great holding ability and they are very reliable and hold a surprising amount of weight. They come with extra suction cups, but after nearly 6 years of use, I have not replaced any.Since I have been using them, they have only come loose a few times over the years, but that is to be expected in the wet and steamy environment. Just clean the cup and the tile or glass well, make sure the cup is slightly damp, press hard against the surface and tighten the metal tensioner and you are good to go.Let them sit unburdened for an hour or so after hanging.I would not use for glass containers or on wall paper or uneven or porous surfaces, but for standard tile or glass, they are fantastic!Highly recommend.

very handy basket [Update]
Using on glass block in shower. The "knobs" actually screw in to create the suction; directions instruct to tighten slightly after some hours and days of usage, so I follow that and indeed they require this adjustment. The metal basket is substantial. It's a well-designed product. One of the suction knobs has totally loosened twice. Good news is that the other knob held up the basket and contents without a problem (though not sustainable long term). The suction loss may be due to the difficulty of aligning two suction hooks: any additional force put on the hooks because the surface they are attached to does not lie in-plane may cause loss of suction. By this I mean that the basket is attached to two different glass tiles in the shower, the tiles may not be precisely "in plane", with the result that when the suctions knobs are tightened there will then be an additional twisting force applied to one or the other suction knob...possibly tending to loosen the suction. Or it may be that I have a difficult suction knob on that one. I will have to tinker with this a bit more (bought the matching double hook model with one suction knob and it is working very well), I expect that this will work well then.Update about 2 years later: the basket held up in place for two years. Last weekend it did come crashing down in the middle of the night. The missus noticed that one knob was loose but didn't tell me. So the basket held up for a day or two with only one suction cup...a notable valiant feat! I think that staying up for 2 years was extraordinary, with daily use of the basket's items. I put it back up and it's holding. One thing I noticed is that when "new" the knobs needed to be tightened regularly for some period of time, but now the screw knobs seem to be "hard" and not as "elastic" as when new. Hopefully this will stay up another 2 years (or more)., In all, we continue to be very pleased with this product!

Does the job / adheres well
So far so good - installed in my old-school molded plastic shower and it's staying up fine.Nothing heavy in it (shampoo bottles. etc.) but it keeps everything else off the tub and organized. The only thing I would have liked to see are some hooks for things with small handle holes (back brush, squeegee, etc.)

Easy to set up….quality suction holder.
Love this and so happy I bought another one, different style. This is much better than the one you hang over the shower head.We put ours at the back of the shower, that way I’m facing away from the shower head, easy to see shampoo, shower gel, no more dodging the shower head to find soap etc. No measuring, the suction cups go on the holder first, then place wherever you want. Easy to remove and put back. Totally happy with my purchase, at a great price.

Does not adhere to granite
I tried on three separate occasions to adhere this to bathroom granite walls and each time it fell off within hours. On each occasion I washed and dried the walls off but it just wouldn't adhere. I had my contractor try once and my husband tried once and I tried it the 3rd time. All failed. I only gave it one start as we have something similar in our main bath and it has been working for a few years now just fine but I believe that is because the main bathroom has tiled walls. Wouldn't recommend for granite or likely marble. Best on glass and tile.

Update: Failed on tile.Quality product if you don't need the adhesive pads.
Update: 7/30/18I moved the unit into another bathroom that has a shower/tub tiled enclosure. I installed the adhesive pads as instructed on a very clean and prepped tile surface. Everything worked well and installation was easy. UNTIL... one month later. I heard clicking sounds in the shower area; then a huge sound of crashing. The adhesive pads had pulled away from the tile. The adhesive was pulling away from the plastic discs. (See pic) The suction cups were still very firmly attached to the pads! Fail. It worked perfectly on the first shower that has smooth, sleek manufactured marble. Not well at all when I had to use the adhesive pads. Useless now, unless I need it again in the first shower, since the adhesive pads can't be reused.-------Original review:Another great HASKO vacuum suction accessory. It's my 2nd HASKO suction accessory. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure successful installation. No shortcuts! My 1st accessory has not slipped or fallen and I installed the double hooks over a year ago. I'm sure that this new accessory will perform in the same manner. Make sure that you tighten the knobs following the timelines in the instructions. That'll ensure that the vacuum suction doesn't fail. The seller emails very clear additional instructions after they ship the product to ensure that you understand the installation process. Read it! I wouldn't hesitate to buy more HASKO accessories. Well-made, quality products.
