Defective item - Refund takes forever
The one I bought is defective, one side cannot be locked into place. I had it returned. And now, refund takes forever. I made 3 follow ups. The conversation with customer service is just going in circles. They always say it'll be refunded in 5-7 working days but it's been a month now.
